Je recommande vivement. Excellent travail à très bon prix. Au moins vous avez affaire à un vrai professionnel. Très réactif : mon ballon d'eau chaude était HS, il a été remplacé dans la journée. Installation d'une chaudière parfaite. En toute confiance.

Monsieur Champonnois est un artisan très pro. Super produit et installation parfaitement réalisée. Le meilleur prix des 5 consultations. Délai un peu long, mais c'est logique.

Maintenant, tu arrêtes avec les écrans et tu vas au dodo ! Mille mercis à l’entreprise Champonnois qui doit même gérer lés dégénérés en plus de la casse occasionnée volontairement. Très déçu de Mr CHAMPONNOIS qui est intervenu il y a presque 1 an et suite aux travaux réalisés, nous nous sommes aperçus qu'un tuyau de plomberie existant avait été cassé suite à la coupe de la vanne de la salle de bain en travaux. suite à cela nous avons eu une fuite qui a abimé tout notre mur et le parquet. Nous avons contacté Mr CHAMPONNOIS qui est venu constaté et lui avons demandé de faire marcher sa responsabilité civile (en novembre 2024). Depuis plus de nouvelle de Mr qui ne répond ni à mes appels ni à mes messages... Je ne le recommande donc pas car " faire le mort" n'est pas une solution.

Bonjour, je ne suis pas du genre à laisser des commentaires pour nuire aux gens, mais cette fois, je ne peux pas laisser passer cela. Comment expliquer le manque de professionnalisme de cette entreprise et l'absence totale d'éthique ? Une réparation de tuyaux effectuée de façon bricolée n'a pas tenu plus de 2 heures. Sans parler des finitions d’une qualité médiocre… Je partage mon expérience pour prévenir d'autres personnes : entreprise à fuir !
